My name is Joel Mason and i live in Vancouver, British Columbia, with my wife Kate. I am doing a Masters in Interdisciplinary Humanities at Trinity Western University.  I play music, write poetry, smoke a pipe, love conversations which plumb the depths (as best we can), enjoy food that has garlic, i love exploring the ever revealing public implications of the life of Jesus. i am increasingly drawn to the common events of life as signs of the sacred, normal life not giving way to the sacred but expressing it in tangible ways that we’ve been blind to because of our idea of heaven as “out there.”
